Know Before you go

  • Meet your guide 15 minutes in advance at the meeting point (they will have an orange badge around their neck) at the Eiffel Tower on the end of the Pont Iena, between the carousel and a large statue of a horse
  • Show your smartphone ticket
  • Tower entry is approx 15 minutes after the tour begins. Latecomers won’t be admitted to the venue (no access without a guide), ticket will be non-refundable and non-modifiable
  • It’s always windy at the top of the Eiffel Tower, so dress accordingly
  • The Eiffel Tower is open late – the last admission is 22:45 for most of the year – and even later during the summer
  • There is no priority access to the 3rd-floor elevator of the Eiffel Tower
